- Has an opening for a QA Lead at our Moorestown, NJ Software Quality Assurance office.

- Develop test strategy for all corporate applications and implementations.
- Work with the management team and business units (service and support offices, Division Directors, etc) to author test cases, test scenarios and test data that will ensure minimum defects and that the applications meet the functional specifications.
- Perform the quality management process including: tracking and communicating issues/defects; follow-up with responsible parties for resolutions and bug fixes, prioritizing defect resolution order and ensuring that appropriate documentation is created and approved.Implement and manage all test environments.
- Conduct application testing using automated testing tools.Perform related duties, or as required or requested by Supervisor. Qualifications BS/BA College degree required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of software quality assurance (SQA) experience in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within and across teams.
- Must be highly motivated and able to motivate others.Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
