Role:QA Tester
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our project manager and dev team towards implementing and maintaining testing initiatives during all phases of the development life cycle.
- Creating test plans, test cases, and use cases to cover functionality and perceived edge cases.
- Writing and maintaining automated tests.Ongoing documentation of current and new features.
- Continual improvement and automation of our testing process including tools.
- Ensuring data integrity as it transitions throughout our systems.
- Identifying/reporting bugs and problematic user experiences.Performing other job duties as requested.
- RequirementsCollege degree with a specialty in software development/QA or other experience commensurate.
- Experience in software Quality AssuranceMust have experience writing test plans, use cases, and test cases.Comfortable working within the Linux environment.
- Some experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MYSQL, and a VCS.Can troubleshoot and diagnose issues using in-browser tools.
- Critical independent \"out of the box\" thinker on how clients may use our products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to take guidance and work collaboratively with others.
- Detail oriented and organized.BonusExperience with Katalan.Having worked with Jenkins, Docker, Jira, or AWS.UI/UX/Design experience.
