SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead business analysts towards driving value by analysis and interpretation of data from various sources to create Business Intelligence for consumption by internal and external customers
  • Project Management oversight of customer migrations to TMS data platforms and business intelligence source tools
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology across the core workload of BAs, as well as across
  • TM teams assigned to specific test clients Support business analysts in presenting data to internal and external customers using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and other platform sLead time management across BA team, including prioritization of reporting and analytics
  • RD dates Support hiring and training of additional BAs as needed Utilize Sales Force for strategic account management concepts Lead Tableau adoption and training across BA team
  • Oversee Business Intelligence requests to Engineering team Lead business analysts to create proper documentation of project scope for Business Reviews and special projects
  • Cross train existing BA team to support all customer's needs through BA absences Maintain a comprehensive list of active reports with RD dates by customer, by BA, along with time allocations
  • Ensure that the company maintains consistency in adhering to financial standards set forth by Finance Department Lead reporting automation development when possible for efficiency
  • Lead and manage data quality projects to permanently resolve upstream challenges Perform other duties as directed or assigned SKILLS Design/Build/Maintain existing and special project reporting needs during high volume times as needed
  • Apply engineering experience to analytics to find cost reduction and value add opportunities within the Supply Chains of the Southeast COE customers freight, warehouse, planning, SOP, and other processes
  • Maintain Operations reporting support for KPI Reporting needs (currently built and future needs)Onsite customer review support as needed (includes monitoring current BA customer activity)
  • Ability to manage people, particularly in delegating projects, level setting workload, early adoption, and emphasizing automation Demonstrate a high level of customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills (both listening and speaking)
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow-up, etc.)
  • Maintain contact availability at all hours including weekends and holidays/vacation Excellent attention to detail, sense of urgency, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle unscheduled situations and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with an emphasis on quality of work Ability to work from home and on varying schedule depending on business demands Advanced knowledge in of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Word, Visio, Tableau, Data ware house Excellent presentation and communication skills: the ability to listen well, process results in an accurate and timely manner, and present findings in a clear and precise manner
