- Process consultant experienced in implementing process for ITSM applications with more than 5-8 years experience Should have experience in conducting process workshops, performing gap analysis,
- requirement gathering for ITSM, CMDB, discovery, integration with monitoring tools and ETL applications Should have experience in creating design and solution documents Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)Expert in development of custom modules Expert in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other expternal modules Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting,
- Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAXDone Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc...)SNOW administration experience.
- Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processesITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification preferredServiceNow certified implementation specialist, certified administrator, itil foundation
