- ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities, include, but not limited to:Evaluate, design and manage all benefit programs, both health and welfare, to ensure they are market competitive, cost effective and in compliance with federal and state legal requirements.
- Negotiate coverage services and costs with carriers to ensure excellent service and competitive rates.Design and manage a comprehensive compensation program that will drive performance, attract and retain employees.
- Develop and manage a Compensation and Benefits Communication Plan that will inform employees of benefits, compensation plans, and related human resources policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for change/improvement within the compensation and benefits programs that address changing market conditions, address gaps or increase quality of life for employees.
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions that provide customer value and scalable growth potential and valuable HR analytics capability.
- Manage annual executive and employee bonus programs, annual employee performance and salary review programs and annual market assessments.
- QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent.Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive compensation, benefits and HRIS management experience.
- Previous experience in high growth, results-oriented company.
- Knowledge and experience related to federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits, including FLSA and Equal Pay Act, DOL, Wage & Hour, ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, IRS regulations.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
