Role: SAP FICO Analyst & Configurator
Location: Lake Mary, FL
- Support FARO\'s SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) users on a daily basis in diagnosing and solving problems.
- Collects functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with Finance Business Analysts.
- Formulate and create functional specification documentation in close collaboration with Business Process Owners, Application Owners and other SAP Team members.
- Analyze technical project requirements documents received from the Business Process Owners, Project Managers, and other SAP Implementation team members.
- Create and modify business-facing documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
- Obtain sign-off on functional specifications.
- Lead Functional Analysts and Developers as appropriate to ensure solution design and implementation is in line with the functional specifications.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies and estimates on implementation.
- Supports End-to-End testing, system integration testing and UAT, defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team members.
- Performs data analysis to support tasks as required.
- Recommend FICO relevant system configuration changes as required by business and system requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into detail functional specifications for the design and configuration of programmatic solutions.
- Collaborate in projects and other initiatives as required from an SAP FICO viewpoint.Protect and ensure the integrity of the business processes within the SAP template solution.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field
- 5+ years of experience in the SAP FICO related modules with SAP implementation experience.
- SAP FICO, BPC, GL, AR, FF, Configuration experienceHiring Preferences
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a deadline-oriented environment
- \Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business over to solutions and processesFamiliarity With The Following Warehouse Management, Conducting prototypes, data and function mapping, and setting SAP relevant configuration and control/transaction tables
