Position Summary:

• This position creates interactive data applications and reporting outputs that drive clinical and business improvements.
• Visualizations will be developed using QlikView and BusinessObjects Web Intelligence.
• As a CI/BI Developer, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to understand their clinical and business challenges and develop data visualizations that bring insight into the root cause of the challenges.
• The CI/BI Developer must be able to dissect a highly complex clinical or business problem, document requirements, determine the source systems, data and metrics needed for the visualization, then design and develop a Web Intelligence document or QlikView application that inspires action.
• This position requires a strong clinical or business background, the ability to read and write Structured Query Language (SQL), a basic application programming skill set (ex. creating variables, functions, calling procedures), an understanding of statistical models, and the ability to design and configure components that render data graphically.

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems (or related), Finance, or licensed Clinical discipline.
• Upon hire, must complete Business Objects Web Intelligence training and Qlik View
• Designer training and demonstrate proficiency in these tools.

• 4 years experience in Healthcare, IT or Financial sectors (or 2 years plus advanced degree).
• 3 years development of applications or reporting content (or 2 years plus advanced degree).
