- EDI - Electronic Data Interface Support Analyst Loc: Indianapolis, INJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess knowledge of EDI and supply change concepts.
- Skills and knowledge of shipping label, ASN preparation, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are a plus.Provide 1st Level EDI production supportManage production support emails and voice mailsMaintain issue tracking log and produce departmental reports for managementPrioritize, research, and resolve EDI-related issuesAnalyze EDI documents and flat files received to identify content errors, transmission errors, and mapping errorsWork with trading partners and internal functional teams to troubleshoot data issuesMaintain documentation, follow, and develop clear proceduresStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
