Role:Business Warehouse Manager Location:Florham Park, NJ Qualifications follow: Minimum of 10 years experience in financial reporting, with a strong background in Global business warehouse. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics required; A concentration in Management Information Systems is highly preferred. Must demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and manage/coach multiple analysts within the department. Expert computer skills with the ability to work with programmer and facilitate logic/design of future applications. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Understanding of SAP/Cobalt Financial, Production and Sales modules Mind set to lead and drive performance/productivity with a unified approach Knowledge of and experience with computer systems (i.e. Sharepoint, SQL, Visual Basic, Excel, Windows and PC related software, SAP, Business Objects Analysis Office, BW and BEx Query Designer experience preferred Bilingual in German is a plus Travel both domestic and international less than 10% Demonstrated proficiency in the following competencies: Market Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Initiative, Change Orientation and Management, Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Collaboration and Communication
