Consultant is to provide the following services for the purpose of the SAP Project:
Storyboard business processes as needed, to develop relevant role-based documentation.
Design and develop instructor-led materials, end user guides, facilitator guides, job aids, web-based learning, etc. to support Training Lead, SME and end user needs.
Develop exercises for learner practice, testing, and certification.
Design and develop knowledge and performance-based learning checks, tests, assessments, and other mechanisms to verify learning or application.
Use uPerform to create and edit End User Procedures and Simulations.
Create and manage training master data and transactional data.
Support train-the-trainer activities and needs.
