Role: Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Specialist Location: Dallas,TX Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Understand business models, information requirements, organizational data and provide BI solutions by collating/integrating data in meaningful ways. Develop BI Analysis models using statistical methods, data mining techniques. Understand and document end user business requirements and design creative and visually effective Dashboards, Analytics and Reporting. Create and present an application in a way that tells the *business story* and addresses the solution to the business issue. Builds use cases. Design data extracts from Enterprise Data Hub. Provide guidance to Technical staff Best Practices and Standards for data extraction, data quality and data transformations. Education and/or Experience Bachelorâ??s degree or equivalent work experience required. Hands-on experience with relational databases and building star schemas. Strong experience with Business Intelligence concepts and patterns . Proficiency with QlikView is a plus. Superior understanding of ETL concepts and practices. Expertise SQL Server database. Mastery in SQL queries. Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies. Subject Matter Expert expertise in Real Estate Industry is a plus. User Interface and Visual Design Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Java.
