Role: EDI ANALYST Loc: Pittsburgh, PA Position Summary: Analyzes document flow; researches and resolves EDI processing errors. Audits daily EDI processes to ensure inbound and outbound documents are transmitted timely and accurately. Troubleshoots EDI processes for errors using EDI software, communication software and application software. Plans, sets up, tests and implements EDI processes for new trading partners. Organizes and maintains EDI vendor files, reports and related documentation. Acts as a liaison to external EDI trading partners to ensure timely problem resolution and transaction testing. Provides primary and secondary on call support for â??after hoursâ? EDI systems processes. Performs other similar and related duties as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications: Associate\'s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable. 3 to 5 years of related experience. Previous Sterling B2B experience required. Experience in a Linux environment. Experience with healthcare related EDI documents and mapping is desired. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and execute tasks timely.
