Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members. Demonstrated soft skills, including experience in facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution. Experience with project management including how to work with deadlines and how to estimate the duration of a project. Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a small team, fast-paced environment. A highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow both technically and professionally. Excellent phone etiquette, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and is customer service driven. Ability to effectively problem solve and work independently of others. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX; involvement in an implementation to AX preferred.
