Qualifications

â?¢

Bachelorâ??s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or computer science or other related discipline

â?¢

Overall experience around 10 years including a minimum 5 years of database management and CRM experience

â?¢

Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices

â?¢

Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques

â?¢

Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)

â?¢

5+ years of technical experience in SAP CX with a focus on SAP CRM and SAP Marketing Cloud

â?¢

Demonstrated experience in iterative methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle for implementing Enterprise level systems

â?¢

This role requires a focused and analytical mindset and will require to work toward set objectives with a level of autonomy, live a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on approach to execution

â?¢

Additional Tools/Knowledge: Excel (expert), Access (Expert), HTML (basic), CSS (basic), SQL (basic to advanced), PPT (expert; eye for design); basic ABAP or advanced in other programming language

â?¢

Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access skills and knowledge of SQL Server applications

â?¢

Strong technical writing and presentation skills

â?¢

Experience working with international development teams and distributed teams

â?¢

In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies, systems, and databases including SAP, SAP HANA, email deployment tools, data cleansing/appends and 360 degree view of the customer

Responsibilities

â?¢

The Porsche CRM System Manager serves as the subject matter expert for the Porsche CRM ecosystem and provide overall CRM technical and business support

â?¢

In this role you will need to comprehend technical architecture and understand complex data flows

â?¢

The position will manage new CRM campaign management tools, front end integration, and lead in the development of all future CRM strategy and implementation as it relates to key business areas throughout the Company

â?¢

Work closely with other IT teams that support transactional systems and infrastructure

â?¢

Create and manage the implementation of the Porsche CRM ecosystem roadmap, serving as the organization\'s subject matter expert for CRM processes

â?¢

Oversee and ensure implementation and full functionality of the CRM system and support projects and efforts from other teams that intersect with the CRM database

â?¢

Supports all PCNA departments in the development, implementation and training of programs and processes related to the CRM@Porsche (C@P) system as well as all related CRM processes and activities

â?¢

Serve as the main point of contact for Field, Dealer, PCNA, and PAG regarding system issues and questions

â?¢

Conceptualize, build, and monitor the flow of departmental and programmatic data through multiple external systems and into/out of the CRM database

â?¢

Set and manage the product roadmap for CRM@Porsche and related integrations

â?¢

Lead and perform the creation of custom dashboards/other advanced reporting capabilities

â?¢

Be the primary point of contact for questions by PCNA departments and Porsche AG headquarters in Germany related to PCNAâ??s activities and data

â?¢

Coordinate with Porsche AG on database design, structure and error resolution, and oversees the integration of data sources and testing/deployment of improvements

â?¢

Create, approve or modify data entry guidelines as well as train users on such guidelines; Educate internal and external customers on the most efficient and accurate usage of data, and develop, and regularly review, business practices that effect customer data management and usage; coordinate with IT on database design, structure and error resolution, and on the integration of data sources and improvements

â?¢

Oversee CRM data governance which will include: data standards, data audit, data structures, user access rights, and reporting

â?¢

Protect PCNAâ??s interests and position as part of the international Porsche CRM community for further program enhancements

â?¢

Maintain and ensure security of all Customer & Prospect data and work with the Legal Dept

â?¢

to ensure compliance with personal data usage legislation

â?¢

All other duties as assigned
