Role: SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst Location: Raleigh,NC
The SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst will provide leadership in the development of functional skills in the following SAP modules: MM/PP-PI/LO/SCM/QM/LE and their integration with other SAP modules and external software. Incumbent will work with business partners to build strategic work plans that will ensure the SAP CC has the resources required to achieve SAP plans. Ensure that all business cases are all-inclusive regarding SAP content and that the business maximizes their ROI.Ensure that the service provided is in line with the SLAs, manage SLAs.Deliver project on time and within budget.Supervise vendors, including the management of outsourced partners, with a mix of onshore, near shore and offshore resources.Oversee the SAP CC Maintenance and Support budget.Ensure optimal use of SAP resources, knowledge and funding.Provide regular reporting to the business to manage expense.Represents the SAP CC on internal steering groups and relevant external SAP events.Applies and understand UTIL methodologies and procedures.Desired Skills and ExperienceSolid experience (5+ years) in a global SAP environment and ability to demonstrate a working, cross-modular knowledge of SAP, working with MM/PP-PI/LO/SCM/QM/LE modules of SAP.Experience in an SAP international leadership role.Exceptional project and time management, multi-tasking, decision making and organizational skills leading prior SAP implementation projects.Clear and concise communication skills. Ability to understand the context of the audience (both internally and externally) and to adapt to various communication styles as necessary.Fine-tuned negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.Ability to influence and impact all levels of organization.Experience or exposure to IT Governance and ITIL.Fluent English and Spanish will be an advantage.Ready to travel 40% of the time.
