Essential Job Functions 1. Building material master data in SAP MM system for all inventoried materials purchased company-wide. Information will include, but not be limited to: Master Data adds, changes and deletions as approved by SAP MM Master Data Manager or Purchasing Managers. 2. Enter data into the system and make necessary changes to existing MM items (discontinuation, pricing, color maintenance, etc.) following procedures and policies to ensure integrity of Materials Management System Information. 3. Prioritize workload on a request by request basis. 4. Perform detail edit check to ensure accuracy of input. 5. Ongoing system administration and maintenance. 6. Run requested master data queries and reports as needed by Procurement Department and other internal customers. 7. Identify and work with SAP group to resolve MM reporting and data issues. 8. Perform and monitor user acceptance. 9. Create and maintain issue logs. 10. Auditing of documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 11. Back-up to SAP MM Data Manager.
