IT Product Support Analyst. Location: Bethesda, MD

Responsibilities:

Work with IT Developers to create knowledge base of known issues and resolutions.  Collaborate with IT Development team to establish knowledge transfer process.  Provide in-house training to Integrated Content team on ADM landscape, version requirements and troubleshooting.  Provide support to customers regarding all aspects of the ADM and SAP Product Lines.  This includes managing product upgrades and addressing ad hoc technical needs writing SQL queries as needed to investigate client and project team issues.

Support the deployment of Ariel products on-site, by acting as IT representative and technical liason between IT development teams and product deployment teams.  This includes all aspects of database and webserver customization necessary to meet customer-specific technical or business requirements.

Define ongoing product improvement requirements, based upon hands-on experience managing customer activities.

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Medium level - 5-7 years experience supporting IT products Strong understanding of overall IT architecture / corporate IT landscape Ability to thoroughly understand how ADM works (both SAP and non-SAP, system IT/functionality/workflow) Strong database (Oracle and SQL Server) skills Strong SQL programming/scripting skills Strong Communication skills B.S. in Computer Sciences preferred, or equivalent
