Job Description

Business Systems Analyst: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Qualification

Educational level: B.S. Business Administration or equivalent
Special training or courses: SAP functionality for MM/PP and IMG configuration experience.
Minimum technical skills required: SAP specific module knowledge in MM/PP >7 years
Advanced knowledge of computer productivity applications (e.g. MS Office Suite - Powerpoint, Visio, Word, Excel).
Professional certification/licenses: SAP Functional certification
Previous experience (type and amount): Experience participating in cross-functional IS projects.
Background experience in project management methodologies
Project implementation experience
Other essential qualifications: Problem solving skills to resolve issues across Business Unit applications
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
Able to work independently as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
