Job Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Financial and financial reporting business processes
Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business
4 years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP applications
3+ years experience in performing SAP configuration with FI/CO, with familiarity with the points of integration to other modules, especially SD and MM.
Experience with SAP BPC a plus
Knowledge of SAP best practices and SAP Implementation Methodology
SAP Certification and/or course work a plus
Strong technical analysis skills for creating optimal solutions for the business
Understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring / validating data quality
Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement desirable
Effective written, oral communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking dynamic environment, working independently and prioritizing work
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to develop working relationships
Must be able to communicate with all levels of management as well as to employees in the business
Must be highly motivated, have a great work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team
BSBA in Information Systems, or relevant work experience, required
