Job Description:
Primary Function
This position is responsible for providing IT support to business users for NA and EMEA in the area of Finance and Controlling. Manage direct and indirect resources providing business solutions with a primary focus on SAP Finance and Controlling. Design and implement solutions with expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling components. The scope of role includes the review and resolution of system issues as well as the ability to lead system enhancements with business personnel, lead project teams and other members of the information systems organization to ensure that system requirements, deadlines and priorities are clearly defined and achieved.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

10+ years of hands on configuration and project management experience in implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO
Strong business process knowledge within process and discrete manufacturing industries especially in the areas of product costing, profitability analysis.
Practical understanding of general ledger, profit center & cost center accounting concepts.
Cross functional SAP knowledge and related integration touch points to Materials Management, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution
Global SAP experience
Functional knowledge on consolidation processes and tools such as Hyperion / BPC
Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems / or Accounting / Finance background with CPA
Proven project management experience
Nice to have – knowledge and experience in financial planning with tools such as SAP BPC. Strong people management skills and experience
Nice to have – Strong SAP BW super user type knowledge
English primary language, Spanish or German as a second language nice to have
Knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Professional SAP technical certifications are a plus.
