Job Details

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• The duties of the IT Project Manager, include but are not limited to:
  
• Define Scope & Realistic timelines of assigned projects
  
• Plan project start dates for upcoming projects within your portfolio of assigned projects
  
• Manage IT Integration Projects for newly acquired business units
  
• Manage office moves and expansion projects for all Risk Locations
  
• Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, site personnel and other departments involved in the projects
  
• Leads and directs the work of others working on designated projects
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments within IT and across business units to build strong, productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferred and 5+ years of IT project management experience required
  

Technical Skills:

• IT hands-on support experience in small office setting a plus
  
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of networks
  
• Experience supporting Windows 10 desktop/laptops
  
• Understand concepts of VDI deployments
  
• Exposure to VOIP telecom systems
  

Project Management Skills:

• Demonstrates autonomous decision making when eliminating project risks and issues
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  

Team & Professional Skills:

• Experience working in a remote team-oriented, collaborative environment
  
• Seasoned interpersonal skills, effective communicator and problem solver
  
• Driven to improve customer satisfaction, both internally and externally
  
• Experience using SmartSheet for managing tasks and reporting
