Responsibilitieswould include but not limited to
Supporting logscategorizes prioritizes tracks and routes i incidents reported
by users or iialarms raised by monitoring tools Expected to be the first to
acknowledge anincident Tracks tickets until successfully resolved Implements
basic documentedbreakfix tasks along the lines of following an SOP Standard
Operating ProcedureEscalating to an L2 resource and follow documented
escalationprocedures following the SOP Skills  experience Has 2 years of
experience inApplication support Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Goodorganization and strong aptitude for attention to details ITIL
Knowledge andexposure to ITSM Ticketing tools like Jira and Service Now
Knowledge onWorkload automation tools like AutoSysControl MTWS etc
Troubleshootdiagnose and resolve application issues following standard
operating proceduresand using knowledge support tools providing support on a
14X5shift bas
