Our Fortune 50 Financial Client is in immediate need of multiple Project Managers, with Workday experience.
Our Client is migrating from and replacing PeopleSoft with Workday for their entire Payroll/Compensation System.
Resources can sit/work anywhere in the United States (would work on-site anywhere where the Customer has an office)
Conversion/migration/transition experience is a huge plus!
This is a great opportunity to help lead and participate in a large scale transition effort (PeopleSoft to Workday).
Job Duties
Provide Workday Expertise in overall project implementation and/or system configuration
Share workday knowledge with internal team
Explain overall workday functionality, where applicable (knowledge transfer)
Manage in a complex matrix environment, interacting with multiple stakeholders, business owners, and leaders at different levels.
Proven track record in advising and influencing partners and leaders.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience in all phases of project life cycle from definition to build, deploy and develop post implementation control plans.
Proven Leadership and management skills.
Ability to identify core issues and respond to problem in fast paced environment.
Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
Proven ability to establish collaborative partnerships, lead cross functional and cross divisional teams achieving swift adoption.
Ability to drive accountability, set clear goals for the broader team, measure and report results.
Must have experience servicing as a liaison with internal organizations as well as interacting with multiple stakeholders, business owners, and leaders at different levels in a complex matrix environment
Credibility to influence business partners, peers and executive management
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organization and with external partners and advocacy groups.
Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent work activities
Proactively implements strategy, applying critical thinking and exercising judgment.
