You would be responsible for contributing to the full software delivery cycle: feature definition, planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. Because we work on the bleeding edge of a lot of technologies, you are someone who solves problems creatively, learns quickly, and works productively both independently and collaboratively. Ideal Candidate: B.S. Computer Science or 2+ years in relevant work experience Strong Ruby programming skills, specifically with the Ruby on Rails framework Strong knowledge of agile development processes and TDD workflows Experience with designing and implementing APIs for consumption by multiple platforms Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Capistrano deployment, cloud computing (i.e, AWS) and Unix operating systems Knowledge of design patterns, algorithms and a love for elegant designs Prototype new and refactor existing features
