Location:
- Atlanta, GA This position will be 70% hands on with back-end development (Ruby on Rails,) and 30% front-end with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- 4+ year's software development experience preferably within an Agile-like development environment.
- Experience with Go, JavaScript, Ruby/Rails, Web Services,
- Database Design (PostgreSQL), multi threading, socket programming, OO design, and troubleshooting in Linux environment. Experience developing responsive, semantic, standards compliant HTML and CSS.
- At ease in a Linux/Unix development and build environment with experience using Git and CI tools (Jenkins, etc.).
- Candidate will have a strong understanding of system architectures and design concepts for high transaction volume applications.
- Full development life cycle-hands-on through design, implementation, integration, and testing phases.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to perform analysis and planning for deployment, including failure/recoveries, capacity/performance considerations, and verification.
