The AWS Solution Technical Architect is responsible for architecting anddesigning comprehensive solutions that meet functional requirements in supportof a given initiative
·8 – 10 years of working experience designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions
·Working experience in the design of multi-tiered technology architecture with petabytes of data
·Working experience in infrastructure key technologies such as virtualization, DAS/NAS/SAN storage, LAN and WAN networking, systems security, server technologies, Windows and Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
·Working experience in cloud computing concepts particularly related to IaaS and PaaS approaches.
·Working experience in delivering solutions deployed in the cloud with large data sets and tuning performance issues
·Working experience architecting complex, multi-system cloud based solutions
·Working experience developing architecture principles and standards
·Experience with the use, deployment and ongoing maintenance of an Enterprise Architecture model using commercial modeling products - desirable
·Experience with enterprise portal frameworks, enterprise search, enterprise content management and collaboration technologies - desirable
·Consulting experience - desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
