From the Manager:
•Needs Arch-level resource who can provide thought-leadership, design & knowledge transfer around moving databases to AWS Cloud
•Needs to have both heavy DB experience w/ relational databases (they have SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Sybase & Progrese?) & Hadoop as well as AWS experience
•Not enough DB experience in AWS--must have heavy DB migration/experience in the cloud

Must have:
1.AWS Experience--specifically experience migrating & building out environments in the Cloud
2.Database Experience for Cloud readiness--preferably MySQL

AWS Database/Infrastructure Consultant:
•Seeking experienced candidate with AWS experience both migrating & building out environments for the Cloud.
•The qualified candidate will have AWS experience in a database role that will support us in our designs and implementation.  The qualified candidate will be advising and training us on what to look for, how to negotiate our differences in builds vs AWS and comparing RDS (AWS DB support) to on premise support.  
•The qualified candidate will guide & train the team as they are building out many environments in the Cloud.

The following experience is required:
•AWS Cloud Expert that works with Databases (preferably MySQL however this is not as important as someone who has migrated & built environments in AWS Cloud)
•Experience migrating & building out multiple environments in the Cloud
•Database Experience--preferably MySQL
