2. Enterprise Application experience: gathering and documenting requirements in an enterprise environment. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience highly preferred - They use HP Extream and may be moving to Cincom Systems' Eloquence
3. Healthcare Experience - candidates need to have worked in a healthcare environment and understand the business challenges, claims, billing, customer services, etc
