Responsibilities include:
* Design, develop and enhance existing internal applications on Microsoft .Net platform
* Develop solutions for all tiers of the application; code-behinds, controls, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
* Assist in formulating standards and development practices
* Apply fundamental concepts of software programming and application development methodology in a team environment
* Analyze business and functional requirements and technical specifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET (this could be substituted with a college internship)
* 1+ years of strong development experience with .Net C# 4.0 (ASP.NET / web development, WCF/ Web Services development)
* Knowledge of web standards and technologies (CSS, XML, JavaScript, DHTML)
* Knowledge in OO development principles, multi-tier web application design and relational database principles
* Ability to work in a team atmosphere
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good research and documentation skills
