Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate business requirements. Determine approach to meet requirements with Oracle capabilities and customizations.
Develop, test, and implement new Oracle OAB Benefit plans.
Investigate Oracle HCMS OAB functionality, data, and interface problems due to the implementation of new OAB Benefit plans.
New Pension Plans
New 401K plans
Paid Time Off
New Short Term Disability Plan
New Wellness Program
Determine and implement resolutions.
Build Interfaces between Oracle OAB Benefits system and other applications.
Build Fast-Formulas and reports for Oracle Benefits.
Work with business customers to identify improvements, alternatives, or new capabilities that would benefit the organization.
Assist with development of recommendations, business case, and estimates for new functionality and changes.
Document configuration, support information, customizations in accordance with IT standard application methodology.
Work with infrastructure, database, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Assist with, as appropriate, orientation and training of Oracle end users/customers.
Mentor other IT team members as appropriate to help them grow in their capabilities.
