As a principal software engineer joining the server team, you will get an opportunity to play a critical role in a very strong Engineering team. The role involves creating, managing & improving services for mobile devices and applications, using state-of-the-art development tools and processes and helping determine the best work practices and methods for the team.


Responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing mobile services and APIs Troubleshooting DB or system level issues Creatively solve problems in a distributed computing system Work on a fun, highly visible project

Qualifications: Technical strength: Python, Django, database (MySQL, PostGREs, Oracle, MSSQL), and Linux (CentOS). Familiarity with associated development environments/tools with 4+ years of relevant experience. Python is preferred but for the right candidate experience with other languages like Java or .NET is adequate. Background in security is a plus, including knowledge of authentication, SSO, and general security development patterns High attention to detail, strong desire and capability to work a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with some of the best engineering talent in the business Excellent communications skills, as this position involves a high degree of interaction with development team members and management BS in Computer Science or equivalent
