- A minimum of 5 years\' experience and demonstrated knowledge of C#, .NET framework, Windows Server Operating System, XML, XSD, XSLT
- Experience building \'always on & always available\', distributed, fault-tolerant backend systems.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming concepts and system development lifecycle.
- This experience will include modeling, designing, coding, unit, integration and regression testing, debugging and deployment.
- Proficient in relational database management systems (RDMS - Oracle) and/ or SQL- Knowledge of TIBCO software products: Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Business Works (BW), Rendezvous (RV)
- Experience in distributed cache technology, such as Coherence, ScaleOut, Active Spaces or others
- Experience running multiple concurrent tasks with high attention to detail
- Ability to define, collect and report on metrics to present management a clear picture of the overall health of production and lower level environments
