- 10 to 12 years of strong experience with TIBCO Enterprise Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business Engine, TIBCO Business works, TIBCO EMS and experience in multiple integration projects based on Service Oriented Architecture.
- As an engineer, create the architectural deliverables for the projects; provide best-in-class solution architecture identifying functional as well as nonfunctional parameters. Interact with senior leaders and customers to provide solutions and hands-on technical expertise.
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Responsible for developing software solutions based on patterns and architecture for Tibco Business Events 4.0 and Tibco business workConfiguring Tibco Business Events for performance, failover and guaranteed delivery.
- Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementationsTroubleshoot and provide technical solution in the TIBCO Business Events.
- Providing support in the configuring and troubleshooting solution and providing implementation best practices to development team.
- Develop solutions with combinations of the following: TIBCO Business Events (4.0), TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Business Works, File and database Adapters, TIBCO Hawk and other TIBCO software.
- Configuring Tibco BE (4.0) Decision Manager and hot deploy the updated rules.
- Design and Develop State Machines in Tibco Business Event to meet the business requirements.
- Design and Develop Decision table in Tibco Business Event to meet the business requirements.Set up and support Tibco BE environment on multiple sites for failover / disaster recovery.
- Deliver common framework architecture and high level design. Understands the capabilities and limitations of the products and considers these when developing solutions
- Develop implementation patterns using Tibco Business Events and document themAddress requirements across a wide variety of new and old technology platforms including mainframes
- Work with the Business to provide Design and Detailed design for Rules implementationConduct detailed design, code and test reviews.
- Work in the operations and management team to deploy and configure Business Events and Business works
- Experience with Agile Development MethodologyDesign, Install TIBCO Architecture (Tibco BE / BW) components and Develop code and work with software development organization to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Well versed in J2EE solutions and comfortable coding in these environments
- Experience with service-oriented architectures. Strong OO design skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise level J2EE platforms using J2EE design patterns
- 8+ years of Spring, JMS, Eclipse, JPA (OpenJPA, EclipseLink, Hibernate), JUnit, XML
- Good Communication skills, strong capabilities writing and presenting technical ideas as well as interacting with teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
