We are looking for positions of TIBCO PM as well as TIBCO Architect
Previous experience in designing and deploying up of ESB using TIBCO is a must for all positions.
The PM role needs a Techo-managerial candidate with excellent soft skills to drive the TIBCO program whereas Architect role needs hands on technical proficiency in designing and deploying ESB using TIBCO from scratch.

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) program using TIBCO
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to interact at CIO/VP level in customer organization
• Team management experience including offshore team members
• Retail domain related experience a plus "

Roles and responsibility
ü Responsible for overall TIBCO ESP implementation Program
ü Lead various Functional and Technical team members
ü Guide onshore and offshore to ensure program goals are met
ü Work with the application development & Infrastructure teams throughout the development life cycle
ü Stay current with emerging industry trends
ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
ü Good written and oral communication"
