REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW, EMS and Adapters) development required Hands on Integration technology experience preferably in Senior development roles Willingness to learn additional Integration tools for batch based data Integration Technical expertise in design and development on Integration technology Ability to translate Business Requirement into System Requirements, need to have good communication skills Subject Matter Expertise in identifying, analyzing and prioritizing technical issues encountered in Integration architecture and design Ability to develop options/alternative solutions to advance business objectives Self-driven with the ability to concurrently work on multiple projects from initiation to completion Proficient in JMS, Web services and general Integration concepts Solid understanding of XML Schemas and XML messages, WSDL etc Must have a stable work history, supporting large environments DESIRED SKILLS, not required: Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science/ Engineering/ related areas Certification in any Middleware/Integration technologies (TIBCO) is preferred In-depth experience can suffice certification
