Configuration Management skills with tools like Visual Source Safe, Team Foundation Server, Rational ClearCase, Subversion, Git or CVS Agile development experience Knowledge of development tools on Windows, *nix 2+ years of relevant work experience in the following TIBCO tools TIBCO Administration TIBCO EMS or Rendezvous (JMS is an acceptable substitute) TIBCO BusinessWorks development TIBCO Adapters TIBCO HAWK 2+ years Integration Development utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or REST Track record of performance tuning and managing highly-available integration environments 1+ years application server experience with WebLogic, GlassFish, WebSphere, or other J2EE application server platform Expert debugging skills Continuous Integration tools, such as Jenkins, ANT, Maven, IVY Mandatory Technical Proficiencies: XML Schema, JSON, XSL Transformations (XSLT) WSDL/Web Services/REST Services 2+ years of relevant work experience in programming any of the following: Java/J2EE, C#, C++, C, VB/.NET, Python and proficiency with PL/SQL or ANSI SQL *nix environments Preferred Qualifications: Oracle 10g+ Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) Coding skills in Bash, JavaScript/AJAX Splunk Good knowledge of Web standards and protocols including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP Certification in TIBCO tools Experience with working with Cloud Solutions such as AWS, RackSpace or Azure
