Job Description:

  • The Enterprise Integration Specialist will be responsible to build the key integration which includes ERP, external systems and other internal systems.
  • Must have finance, distribution, manufacturing experience and a very strong aptitude for other enterprise application areas such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, ecommerce and EDI, web technologies. Should have international enterprise application experience and working in a multi company setting designing and implementing key integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Possesses skills and knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies and processes such as, distributed, cross-platform program communication using messages. Also will help to architect and maintain or enterprise architecture Integration and working with Enterprise service ESB . Will work to continually gain knowledge of other enterprise application integration methods and EAI solutions, including but not limited to ESB systems.
  • Will possess extensive knowledge of ETL, Enterprise service Bus (ESB) and web technology.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge across multiple technical environments and possesses high level of business knowledge. Works on projects providing subject matter expertise and technical direction to reporting staff.
  • Analyze business needs, problems, and requirements for all enterprise technology solutions as well as the key aptitude to propose technical alternative solutions for business challenges.
  • Understand data flow and process to help architect and recommend Business Intelligence solutions for enterprise consumption and reporting.
  • Operate in a fast pace dynamic environment where Enterprise applications have to be integrated with other solutions to provide economies of scale and the level of redundancy that will reduce enterprise failure and provide interoperability across enterprise applications.
  • SQL Server expertise and experience is required with strong database Knowledge and working with SSIS. Also Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs. Very Knowledgeable with EDI, XML/XSLT and Experience with an integration platform such as Microsoft BizTalk or IBM MQ
  • Help to Design and develop EDI/ and integration automation solutions producing appropriate documentation and with high degree of re-usability. Also help to coordinate EDI development and testing with vendors, business users and customer.
  • Ensure that all applications implemented have support and administrative documentation to ensure a standardized hand off between the project team and the support team.
  • Experience Designing, Building, testing and deploying integrations for new requirements and systems. Working Knowledge of EDI mapping documentation detailing and transformations from source and target systems for all integrations knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One platform.
  • Document data flows, design specifications, to meet technical standards and provide high-level and detailed software development estimates. Work with operations team to resolve data integrity issues as they arise over time and must have Experience with develop auditing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Experience and Skills

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field.
  • Advanced experience with SQL code, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and indexes.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge in using ETL packages using SSIS, XML, experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, Web services.
  • Working knowledge of systems integration design patterns and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Database administration is a great plus.
  • Experience with EDI formats and specifications related to Supply Chain documents require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical environments and possesses a great level of business knowledge.
  • Understand different methods of integrating systems in a global enterprise setting and scaling for tremendous growth. Understands the concept of redundancy and failover.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing complex business solutions working with enterprise Infrastructure concepts and technologies such as ERP, EDI, HRIS, BI, and MDM.
  • Integration experience with JDE Edwards a plus.
  • Experience with Software configuration best practices a plus (Continuous integration, Source control etc.)
  • Excellent organization, communication skills and command of written and spoken communication and strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated and creative. The desire to continue to broaden and deepen technical and business skills.
  • Be able to lead and work with direct reports.
