Job Title: Temporary Software Developer (3-6 month assignment)
Location: Hackettstown, NJ
BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
- Design, code, test, and analyze Software programs and applications.
- This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications.
- The software developer will also Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.
- Develop and complete software projectsAssist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applicationsRecommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgradesConsistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelinesLiaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
- Associates Degree in the field of computer science or software engineering required
- 3-5 yearsOTHER REQUIRED TRAINING:Knowledge of C++ & .Net programming languages
- Experienced in integrated development environments (including Microsoft Visual Studio)
- Experienced with WindowsExperienced with MS SQL databaseSoftware troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Embarcadero C++/Delphi 2007 a plus
