Job Duties (including but not limited to): Take Project Manager role for ERP Implementation; Gathering and analyzing current operational systems and procedures and working with department managers and system support staff to ensure accurate and timely execution of system roll-over for GoLive status Lead Project Manager for EDI provider transition Maintains organization\'s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, evaluating user needs and system functionality, strategies, practices, and user projects. Provide Support for multimedia presentations, live events and video conferencing. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Develop a departmental structure plan Assess, Troubleshoot and problem solve all IT/ Multimedia needs including new hire set up, software/ hardware installations, upgrades and repairs. Develop, implement and maintain user and security policies and compliance Provide advice and expertise to senior leadership on new systems, software and services to support business growth Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer science, IT, Multimedia or related field 10 years+ IT experience managing/supporting a manufacturing company 5+ years experience with NetSuite with customization and configuration capabilities Experience with FISHBOWL and Quickbooks *HIGHLY PREFERRED* EDI experience Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Access 5+ years managerial experience Tech Savvy and a passion for the industry - experience with a variety of server side technologies, databases, and framework Knowledge of latest industry trends in desktop, mobile, and video platform development Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, Superb problem solving ability, with a knack for technical innovation Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
