Job Description â?¢ Work closely with domain specialists to develop and present applications to the end-user â?¢ Analyze business requirements;gather additional requirements as needed:meet and coordinate tasks with business users â?¢ Develop, test, and implement new dashboard reports or modify, test and implement current reports from many sources of data â?¢ Set up enterprise standards for applications, metadata, data modeling, and data loading â?¢ Write QlikView SQL scripts from multiple data sources â?¢ Review QlikView error logs and provide daily production support â?¢ Additional projects as assigned Job Skills â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree or relevant work experience; 5+ years with other BI tools including OBIEE , BW, Cognos etc â?¢ 2+ years working experience with QlikView; 1+ years of QlikView dashboard design and 1+ years of QlikView scripting â?¢ Solid understanding of QlikView hierarchies, architecture and best practices; QlikView Publisher, â?¢ Ability to design QlikView data models for best performance9/10 sheet objects and understanding of available functions and properties â?¢ Knowledge of Qlickview Macro language, Set Analysis and QlikView mobile application development preferred â?¢ Experience with incremental data loads; optimization and tuning applications for maximum memory management; creating expressions using set analysis; application segmentation and document chaining; building a code reusability framework and application sharing â?¢ Expertise in GUI design with QlikView to develop easy to use applications. â?¢ Experience with QVD/QVW capacity plans and estimates â?¢ Knowledge of SQL Scripting and Oracle database structures â?¢ Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment â?¢ Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written â?¢ Experience in the financial sector preferred
