Job Description * Experience training large groups of analysts on SQL Server and MS Access. * Experience sitting with the business to understand requirements and translate to technology deliverables. * Ability to translate requirements to BRD, articulate tech solutions and able to test enhancements in UAT. * Ability to liaise with technology teams to detail logical steps to process automation (e.g. ETL / Database changes / reporting changes) * Strong communication skills, ability to face off against senior management. * Self-motivated, organized, and task oriented individual able to establish new reporting processes without much oversight.
