Role: Business Systems Analyst Location: Dallas, TXServe on a support team collaborating with Business Process Owners, Operations and Information Services to design, create, and implement business solutions utilizing technology relative to the ready-mix concrete industry. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, testing and supporting industry specific applications such as Command Batch, Command Series, Command Performance, Trimble, TrackIT. Other duties include defining test plans and quality assurance procedures, and delivering end user documentation and training. Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 3 years work experience as a business analyst or direct experience using the Command suite of applications as a functional userExperience testing and supporting software applicationsAcquainted with best practices in software development lifecycle methodologiesStrong analytic and problem solving skillsAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts, end users, managers and executivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and have the ability to drive issues to resolutionsAn understanding of the ready-mix concrete business and operational processes
