equirements and General Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of Application Development experience.
Must have strong C development skills
5 + years Experience with Oracle BRM. Knowledge in these BRM areas are preferred:
Billing and Rating
Invoicing
Writing new Opcodes and modifying policy opcodes
Data model 7.2 or above
Collections
Daily batch processes.
Some Java experience helpful
Must be able to effectively communicate with and support other team members and groups
Must have the ability to work from business requirements and technical design.
Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation.
Must show initiative in completing tasks and be able to perform duties with minimal management oversight
Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment
Willingness to keep technical skills current

Technical Skills:
DBMS: Oracle
Software Development: C, C++, XML, CVS, UNIX shell, Perl, SQL
Subscription applications: Oracle BRM.
Experience with multi-threaded/multi-process applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
5+ years experience Oracle BRM Development.
