Duties:
Primarily responsible for troubleshooting, researching and resolving global customer issues within Oracle ERP Procurement modules that come into a centralized email inbox.
Provide support for various Procurement processes such as closing out POs, updating Supplier Review information on SharePoint and consolidated reporting on buying activities, etc. Responsibilities may include testing of new processes in current and future Oracle systems.
Running Business Objects reports as needed.
Skills:
Experience using Oracle ERP (Oracle R12 a plus), SharePoint and Business Objects tools is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Highly organized with a can do attitude, be able to work effectively under tight deadlines (quarter end, extended schedules, etc).
Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
2-4 years experience in customer support or handling end user issues.
Proven track record of multi-tasking across several open issues/projects.
Experience conducting research to find answers to questions and solutions to problems from various sources.
