We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant/Architect with Oracle Cloud ERP expertise.
This individual will lead the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, align business processes with system capabilities, manage testing and deployment of quarterly updates while working closely with Finance, Accounting and Procurement stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant/Architect with Oracle Cloud ERP expertise.
This individual will lead the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, align business processes with system capabilities, manage testing and deployment of quarterly updates while working closely with Finance, Accounting and Procurement stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

· Manage all technical aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation.

· Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business needs through technology solutions.

· Interact with Accounting, Finance and Procurement teams to understand their requirements and design solutions. Define new and refine existing business processes. Convert process improvements recommendations to actionable systems requirements.

· Participate in requirement gathering, aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.

· Create systems documentations including requirements and solution designs.

· Support Quality Assurance efforts (test planning and execution) for periodic releases and new systems implementations.

· Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal processes.

· Help accelerate adoption of the very best engineering practices, while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends, and practices

Required Skills

· Client focused approach to work.

· Finance or Accounting domain knowledge preferred in value streams Credit to Collect, Opportunity to Contract, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and external filings.

· Understanding of Oracle ERP Applications.

· 3 to 7 years of experience in SAAS ERP or ERP hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

· Experience in integrating ERP Cloud with other systems using middleware/Webservices/etc.
Understanding of ERP integrations with CRM, HR and Clinical technologies.

· Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design technical concepts.

· Ability to walk up the cloud stack (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) model with modern terminology.

Preferred Skills

· Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture and development experience. Certification preferred.

· Hands-on experience to automate cloud tasks, tune systems performance, troubleshoot, manage cloud consumption costs, manage compliance policies, monitoring and observability.

· Hands on skills with CI/CD & build automation tooling (Chef, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

· Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.

Education

· BS/BA required, and advanced degree preferred

· Prior working experience delivering programs using Agile Methodology

Minimum Work Experience

· Experience in leading systems architecture, designs and integration and adoption efforts typically gained over a minimum of 10 years.
