Job Details

Role:Business Systems Analyst Location:Santa Clara, CA

• As a hands-on analyst, you will provide the technical and functional expertise regarding our HRIS system (Workday)
  
• Support upgrades, improvements, testing, validation and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updates
  
• Lead and execute full development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy
  
• Provide production support, investigate and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs
  
• Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvement
  
• Engage with global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency
  
• Engage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment

What We Need To See

• Functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
  
• Knowledge of Workday business process framework
  
• 3+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
  
• 3+ years of experience in a technical environment
  
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience working with a diverse set of partners
  
• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree
