Qualifications

• Have a bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management)

• Have experience managing projects and being involved in manufacturing/industrial work responsibilities

• Be able to lead people and have time management skills while ensuring completion of projects

Responsibilities

• Providing direct or indirect leadership for overall project operations, including leadership for operations, sharing resources to execute customer projects, and/or project monitoring activities

• Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements

• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis

• Contributing to the project as a team member while being able to maintain and accomplish work goals in a 1â??3-month timeframe
