i.Provide tactical support for IT Operational processes surrounding WindowsSystems, Storage, and associated infrastructure
1. Will need to be fluent in Microsoft server technology including WindowsServer, Failover Clustering, and associated technology
2. Should be fluent in VMWare operations including vMotion, snapshot,clustering, configuration in a both iSCSI/NFS environment
3. Should have a grasp of performance management concepts including realtimeperformance monitoring with perfmon/resource monitor, PRTG or other similarmonitoring tools
4. Must have a strong grasp of Active Directory / Active Directory CertificateServices is a plus
5. Must feel comfortable patching critical revenue generating systemsinfrastructure in a 24/7/365 application delivery environment and becomfortable with the development of change tickets for covering deployment /rollback, etc.
6. Able to respond to an on-call rotation at times if coverage is required
7. Should be service oriented and a strong communicator

ii. Responsibilities would include:
1. Day to Day Issue Response for Production Systems as needed
2. Provide backup support for Helpdesk requests as needed
3. Support the patching process for Windows Server, Storage, Desktop, and othercritical infrastructure supporting services as mandated by the ongoing securityprogram
4. Provide ongoing backup process auditing and report review & support amonthly backup/restore test process
5. Provide coverage for the Windows focused SIEM / audit / alerting platform(Solarwinds)
6. Provide additional coverage for application / infrastructure migration andconsolidation to Hillsboro DC
7. Support SFTP account turn-up process for CE as needed
