JobDescription:

Responsibility:

·Analyzes system performance to ensureavailability andperformance requirements are met.

·Assists in the evaluation, recommendsnegotiations andcontracts for the purchases of system software products.

·Reports the trending of system growth patternsandcalculates computer system capacity necessary to support anticipatedgrowth.

·Provides recommendation in the conception anddesign oflong term data processing environment.

·Researches and recommends technology directionsthatalign with organizational objectives.

·Contributes to the success of the organizationby meetingorganizational competency expectations and core values (respect,integrity,stewardship, excellence, collaboration and kindness), continuouslylearning, andby performing other duties as needed or assigned

Education&Experience:

·Technical certification (MCSE, Network+, A+,Security+,etc.) required.

·Previous installation experience with healthcaresystems,databases, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or withahealthcare system vendor preferred.

·Current Washington State Driver’s License; andproof of asafe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtainedby a motorvehicle report from the appropriate state

Physical&Environmental Factors :

·Occasional physical demands which requiremobiledexterity to include bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbingandreaching.

·Mobility to travel to all MHS locations.
