Title: Program Manager /Sr. Solutions Architect -Salesforce Loaction: Southborough, MA Duration: 6 Months Must have: Strong leadership skills Experience managing large IT projects and/or programs Solid software development lifecycle experience Strong Project Management background Desired: Client knowledge HR Experience Experience with Success Factors Local candidate preferred PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages large Information Technology projects, which include applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security through system delivery life cycle. Lead implementation for HR application integrations. Leads functional and technical solution process to ensure accurate project estimation, planning, and budgeting in order to delivery project on schedule. Must fully understand how to use and ensure data is accurately maintained in client IT Project Management Tools (HP Project Management, MS Projects, Primavera,) and be fully proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, XL). Must effectively negotiate resource constraints, and critical path contention issues across multiple projects. Develops and maintains project and resource plans, maintains quality and focus, monitors and controls project expenditures against approved budget and successfully manages end to end solution delivery process for one or more larger scale IT projects or oversees multiple small to medium size projects with minimal direction. Day to day resource management of project team ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time, on budget, and within specification and or agreed upon project scope. Organizes and delivers project related communications as determined during project governance formation. Responsible for ensuring all project stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of project progress and decisions. Has the ability to influence decision makers to steer technical decisions and designs on the project. Communicates delivery status, issue management and resolution. SKILLS: Proven project management skills and capabilities - across all project management processes. Proven experience with SaaS implementations, data and/or systems integrations. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup. Effective communication (written/verbal) to all levels in organization. Decision making skills. Strong influence and negotiation skills. Prior experience with Human Resource implementations desired.
